  • Is there parking at the clinic?

    Yes, We have free on-site parking directly outside and full wheelchair access, making your visit easy and stress free.

  • Do you treat children and babies?

    Yes. Our osteopaths have specialist training in paediatric and post-natal care. We regularly see babies, children and mums for gentle, supportive treatment in a calm environment.

  • Do you accept health insurance?

    Yes. Several of our practitioners are registered with major health insurers, including AXA, Bupa, WPA, and Aviva.
    Please mention your insurer when booking so we can guide you to the right practitioner and provide the correct receipt for your claim.

  • What can I expect at my first appointment?

    Your practitioner will take a case history, perform an assessment, and explain your diagnosis and treatment plan and provide treatement on your first visit. You’ll always have time to ask questions before treatment begins.

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For some treatments, you may be asked to remove certain items (for example, for posture or spinal assessment), but your comfort and privacy are always respected.

  • Do you offer gift vouchers?

    Yes! Gift vouchers are available for all treatments — a thoughtful way to show you care.

  • Do you send reminders for appointments?

    Yes, you’ll receive both text and email reminders. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept card payments (including American Express), cash, BACS transfers, and secure online payments for appointments booked through our online system.
