The clinic has taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the clinics public areas.
What to expect when you book an appointment at the clinic during coronavirus.
To ensure your safety, you may notice some changes.
Before your appointment expect a pre screening phone call.
You will be asked whether you or anyone else in your home has symptoms (a new cough, high temperature or a loss of taste or smell) or if you or anyone else in your home feels unwell. You will also be asked if you have been abroad in the last 14 days. You will not be able to attend if you have answered yes and even if you have "cold"
WE ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIDEO/TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS IF YOU ARE SHIELDING OR DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE COMING IN
Before you arrive the clinic undergoes a thorough clean between each appointment. You will be asked to arrive directly from home having showered if possible with clean and appropriate clothing for your appointment. Bags and coats and other items are not permitted into the clinic.
When you arrive you will be asked to arrive at the time of your appointment. You should not arrive more than 5 minutes before. You will be asked to remain in your car until your therapist collects you.
Hand sanitiser will be provided and you will be given a mask to wear during your appointment. Your temperature will be taken and recorded.
During your appointment your therapist will be wearing Protective clothing (PPE) this includes a respirator mask, eye protection (glasses/visor), apron and gloves.
This is in line with government advice.
We are committed to giving you the highest standard of care.
These steps ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Your health and well-being is our priority.
