SOPHIE TWEEDIE-SMITH - OSTEOPATH

Sophie Tweedie-Smith

(registered Osteopath)

Sophie is a thoughtful and intuitive Osteopath who takes a calm, considered approach to patient care, focusing on helping the body move more freely and comfortably.

She treats patients of all ages and has a particular interest in paediatric osteopathy, supporting babies, children and mothers. Using a combination of gentle cranial and structural techniques, Sophie works with feeding difficulties, head and neck tension, digestive discomfort and general settling in babies, as well as supporting women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Her approach is centred around understanding the individual. Sophie takes time to listen, assess and treat with precision, aiming not only to ease symptoms but to support long term balance and wellbeing.

Alongside her paediatric work, Sophie treats adults with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, combining hands on treatment with tailored advice to restore movement and confidence in the body.

With a background in sport, particularly hockey, Sophie has a strong appreciation for how the body adapts to physical demands and enjoys helping patients return to what they love feeling stronger and more in control.

Sophie is a valued member of the team and shares the clinic’s ethos of providing high quality, attentive care within a calm and welcoming environment.

Outside of the clinic, Sophie enjoys keeping active and travelling.
