Nell graduated in 2001 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a BSc (Hons) degree in Osteopathic Medicine and a diploma in Naturopathy.
She is a registered provider for all major health insurers including BUPA and AXA-PPP.
Nell is a structural and Cranial Osteopath and treats all ages for a variety of complaints including babies, children, elderly, women during and after pregnancy, sports injuries and more.
Nell uses traditional osteopathic techniques such as massage and spinal manipulation, complemented by dry needling/medical acupuncture and Cranial Osteopathy which she has taken further training in.
Claire Faragher M.Ost.
Claire graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (formally Bristish School of Osteopathy) with a Masters in osteopathy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Animal Osteopathy. She also has an ITEC Level 3 sport massage qualification.
She is registered with most major insurers including WPA, AXA-PPP and simply health.
Claire treats people of all ages and backgrounds using a holistic approach. She is a structural osteopath that utilises functional and visceral techniques to enhance her treatment. Each patient has a unique treatment plan created for them with rehabilitation advice and exercises given when appropriate.
With her background in the equine industry and further studies in animal osteopathy she has a unique insight into the treatment of horse riders. In addition to this Claire has special interests in treating patients with hypermobility, headaches and chronic pain.
Ben East M.Ost.
Ben graduated from the University College of Osteopathy, achieving a Master's degree with Distinction. In his final year of university, he was presented with the Sven Svenson Award, which is given to students who show promise and strong academic success. He decided to study osteopathy after developing an interest in health and nutrition and felt that osteopathy reflected his natural approach. During Ben's training he also completed a Diploma in Sports Massage.
Ben strongly believes in the importance of maintaining good overall health. He has experience treating a variety of patients and enjoys helping those from different backgrounds. His patient-centred approach aims to fully understand an individual's problem, working closely with them to reduce their pain and return them to optimum health. He uses a tailored combination of hands-on techniques, exercises and advice.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys keeping up to date with the latest osteopathic and healthcare research. Having always been active he also enjoys playing and watching golf, football, cycling, running (among many others) and clambering up anything that resembles a hill/mountain!
